Granville Island

These were taken on Easter Monday, very cold from what I remember. But the when the wind calmed the suns warmth along with the ambiance of local street performers and musicians made for a wonderful day.

Looking North to Yaletown/Westend, with the Burrard Street Bridge to the west and the Granville Street Bridge to the east crossing over False Creek.

Granville Market Building was crazy busy but and a very pleasing aroma of fresh fruits and bread. Also in the market place were pyramids of strawberry's that seemed like they would fall over if someone sneezed.
